Mobile virtual world "Bobba bar" is pleasant.




My impression, "Bobba bar" seems to be adults "Habbo".

User interface is simple, and can easily operate if not good at English.

Some of the virtual world that can use in iPhone, but I think "Bobba bar" is elaborated best.

I wrote the report article of the virtual world artist event the day before yesterday.

The guest of the event is techno unit "Aural Vampire".




They already hold show in Second Life four times, and even hold fan meeting event in Japanese virtual world "Daletto world" （Unfortunately "Daletto world" Shut down in September）

And they did a guest-shot in Japanese virtual world "meet-me" in a Halloween party on October 31.

"meet-me" is the mirror world which reproduced 23 wards of Tokyo.

Tokyo based startup 1pac Inc. launched iPhone application "TRAVATAR".

"TRAVATAR" is the coined word that mixed "trip" with "avatar".

"TRAVATAR" does a trip from my iPhone to other user's iPhone and gets a message from other users automatically.

In addition, other TRAVATAR comes to my space while my TRAVATAR travels.

You can register favorite TRAVATAR as "TOMOVATAR".　"TOMOVATAR" is the coined word that mixed "TOMODACHI" with "avatar".　("TOMODACHI" means "friend" in Japanese.)

TRAVATAR links GPS, so you confirm a position as of a thing of TRAVATAR and can confirm the record of the trip later.

In Japan, call such communication "cross-purposes communication". 　

The real-time chat with the mobile is not liked in Japan and it is hard to talk with the person who met for the first time familiarly.

Therefore the systems which can communicate with other person automatically are popular.

Yukaku "Shimabara"

Yukaku "Shimabara" was built in Japanese town "Kyoto-Bakumatsu-Sanjo" of the second life.

"Yukaku" is the Japanese brothel and red light district which there was from the Middle Ages to the World War II.










However, the call girl is not here. It is sightseeing and living place.
There are rental space, stage and public bath.

Until from October 30 to November 1, Yahoo! Japan performed a β test of "DORAEMON 3D wedget".

"DORAEMON" is the character of the comics that are the most famous in Japan.

"Doraemon 3D wedget" is wedget which Yahoo! JAPAN showed only in a period of from November, 2007 to May, 2008. It recorded the download number of times of 860,000 times.
It is the functional enhancement version to have carried out a β test this time.

New "Doraemon 3D wedget" speaks words more than 100 kinds and moves on desktop.

The official version is released in the middle of this month.

Halloween party in Ariake, Tokyo

This is a diary of Saturday, October 31.


The Halloween party of this year was gorgeous and splendid!
Horror dining "Trick or Treat" in Roppongi (The restaurant which is Cool most in Japan) holds a large-scale Halloween party every year.　It counts the fourth by this year and I participate by special make-up and mask sale every time.

Participants continued increasing every time, and party people of 1,000 came this year.

Gothic, Punks, usiness person, fans of visual-kei, drag queen&king, Gothic & Lolita, mother with a child etc......Anyway, a lot of people came.

Masks & Special make-up.


I planned it in this way at first "I'll make-up on one's way to sell masks". However, it was reversed.　I do make-up for party peoples whole party times (about 5 hours).

In about 5 hours, I do special made-up to 89 people.

For proceeds (almost coins), my wallet became very heavy. By the way, one time of special make-up is 300 yen.

300yen--- about 3.3dollar, 2.24euro, 22.54yuan

I was tired very much. However, I was very happy.

Yesterday, I went to "DESIGN FESTA! vol.30".

DIGITAL CONTENT EXPO 2009

I went to "DIGITAL CONTENT EXPO 2009" the day before yesterday.

"DIGITAL CONTENT EXPO 2009" is festival that digital art and digital technologies once in the year.

There were a lot of works of "3D stereoscopic vision" and "AR(Augmented Reality)" this year.

"Tokyo International Film Festival (TIFF)" is started on October 17 in Roppongi, Tokyo.

I attended at this event by press and appreciated a footage movie of "Avatar" (James Cameron's new works).












3D glasses


This is the first time that the movie which is not completed is exhibited at TIFF.

However, the footage movie was awesome!

I can only say "beautiful"

Nature such as a tropical rain forest based on "blue" was particularly beautiful.

I want to watch I MAX 3D version.
