Genuine melon vs. 3D-print melon

Interesting TV program was broadcasted the other day in Japan. It is confrontation with a melon farmer and 3D print technology.

Japanese 3D data and 3D print company i-Jet made very precise 3D-print melon from a genuine melon.

TV program mixed this with genuine melons. Melon farmer must distinguish genuine melons from 3D-print melon. He loses if he chooses the 3D-print melon.

3D-print melon looked same as a genuine melons. However, farmer chose only genuine melons wonderfully. The way of the "real" is hard :)

Angry Birds goods spread among Japan steadily

Unfortunately Angry Birds is not yet popular like other countries in Japan. However, they penetrate steadily. In the goods in particular.

Ohayo Milk(オハヨー乳業), a one of the Japanese representative ice cream makers sells "Angry Birds Tamago Ice" from this month. Tamago means an egg in Japanese. This is always existing traditional ice cream in Japan for dozens of years. This is basic ice cream and cooperation with the eggs of birds.

Furthermore, Angry Birds flies in the game arcades in the end of this month. They become the prizes of Claw crane. Prizes are big stuffed toy, mascot and porche. The mascots seem to be usable as Christmas ornament :)

These are not overseas imported products. Japanese makers produced all these. In other words these are available only in Japan. Their design is arranged a little for Japanese. The birds are not angry so much, and the pigs do not seem to be cunning. The character of the expression of the anger is not accepted in Japan. However, most of characters who are popular in Japan are round form. Therefore they will fight hard.

Let's make virtual goods as physical goods!

I make Jack-O'-Lantern.

However, this is not an original design. An original is this.

I made Jack-O'-Lantern of the Japanese popular virtual world Ameba Pigg using the pumpkin grown by me.

How to making is here

(Sorry, only Japanese information is available)

If virtual goods become the physical, do not you think that it is interesting?

Camera apps for iOS of photographer Mika Ninagawa "cameran" is fabulous!

"cameran" is camera apps for iOS becoming the topic most in Japan now. Photographer & movie director Mika Ninagawa supervised this. She is known for richly colored works, and we can easily imitate her works using this apps.

This is photo of near my house. It's cloudy sky.
Let's put various filters on it. How to use is about the same with Instagram.

However, the kinds of filters are totally different! Anyway, they are vivid and richly colored!

Furthermore, we can regulate the luminosity, chroma and contrast. This has higher flexibility than other cameras apps.

Oh! Cloudy sky became vivid!

This is the pumpkin which I cultivate.

Farm products became gorgeous!

Furthermore, this has movement function of Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

My recommendation is an interlocking movement with Instagram. We can use both of filters of cameran and Instagram if we use this.

We may make a more individual photos.

The scenery of the ordinary country became cool!

In addition, there is the wall papers for the people who wants to enjoy original works of Mika Ninagawa. Of course they are very splendid, too.

Cosplay is difficult in not only the reality world but also the virtual world

Japanese popular virtual world Ameba Pigg started a tie-up with masterpiece of Manga/Anime "Lupin the 3rd"(Wiki).

Ameba Pigg sells the Cosplay virtual goods of characters of Lupin the 3rd. Users can let one's avatar do Cosplay using these. However, Cosplay is very difficult in both the reality world and the virtual world.

This is my avatar wearing the wig of male character "Goemon" of the character of Lupin the 3rd.

And this is my avatar wearing the wig of female character #Fujiko". Please compare these with a top official image. These are so unnatural.

In Cosplay, the most important point is "harmony". Wig, clothes and face, all must harmonize.  However, there are few Cosplayers which are completely made in this. There are the Cosplayer where a face and a wig do not harmonize in the reality world, too.

Of course Ameba Pigg users can change the face of one's avatar. Furthermore, they can wear make-up. However, those functions are charged in Ameba Pigg. I think that this reflects real strictness. A high expense is necessary for plastic surgery and cosmetic surgery in the reality world, and we must buy the cosmetics. It is not easy to become cool Cosplayer in both the reality world and the virtual world....

I cannot change a face because I am poor. So I always deceive it by laughing and singing. There is not it so funnily if we cannot see eyes.

And I to turn to back if possible.

By the way, Cosplay and the role playing are very fun! It is right a way of enjoying in the virtual world. We can make friends with unknown users immediately when we do Cosplay.

I remembered early Second Life and became nostalgic. Former Second Life had a lot of such community. How's the now?
